UK STANDARD DELIVERY
UK Standard Delivery is FREE on orders of £50 or over or £3.99 for orders under £50.00. Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail 48 Tracked once dispatched. (please note dispatch in normally within 24 hours of receiving your order excluding weekends)
Deliveries will be made within 2-3 working days after you place your order e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods should be delivered by the following Monday. Order tracking is available by logging into your account.
Some Products Like All RoundWork Stretch Trousers Holster Pockets, FlexiWork Fleece Hoodie, Craftsmen Kneepads, REVOLUTION INFINITY will be Delivered within 5-10 working Days. If you order on Wednesday your goods should be delivered by the following Thursday. Order Tracking is available by logging into your account.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
DPD NEXT DAY SERVICE
UK Express Delivery is £6.99 and your order will be delivered via DPD UK. The service is a next day service. If you order by 3pm, Monday to Thursday, you should receive your goods the next day. If you order after 3pm on Friday, you will usually receive your parcel your delivery on Monday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the following Tuesday.
We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.

TERMS OF POSTAGE
If you opt for standard delivery (which is a trackable service) at the checkout, in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, ProWorkwear will re-ship your order at the companies expense and make a claim on your behalf.
If you have purchased a European or International tracked service and in the unlikely even your item goes missing in the post, ProWorkear will process a claim and once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.
Royal Mail doesn’t class an item as lost until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.
All standard parcels will be dispatched on the next working day if placed after 3pm. However, any parcel placed after 4pm using any other service will only be dispatched on the next working day. You will not be eligible for a refund on the postage if you misread the wording on our shipping policy and your order was placed after the cut of time and dispatched on the next working day using the service paid for.
We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays!
